Sony: "Playstation 3" soll am 23. März kommen

Sony hat den Verkaufsstart für die Playstation 3 in Europa angekündigt. Die
neue Spielekonsole soll ab dem 23. März in Europa erhältlich sein. Entgegen
der ursprünglichen Planungen wird Sony aber nicht mit zwei Versionen starten,
sondern vorerst in Europa nur die 60 GB-Variante mit WLAN zum Preis von 599 EUR
verkaufen. Die 20 GB-Variante soll abhängig von der Nachfrage im Verlauf des
Jahres erscheinen.
In der Startphase sollen rund 30 Spiele auf den Markt kommen. Außerdem
startet Sony auch in Europa das "PLAYSTATION Network" über das via
Internet auch Spiele wie "Grand Turismo HD Concept" zum Download
angeboten werden sollen. Zum Start der PS3 in Europa ist ein weiteres
Systemupdate der Konsole geplant, welches die Funktionalität der Konsole
erweitern soll.
Speziell für die Blu-ray Disc-Wiedergabe wird es auch eine Fernbedienung als
Zubehör geben. Diese soll 24.99 EUR kosten. Ein zusätzlicher "SIXAXES"
Wireless-Controller soll 49.99 EUR kosten.
