Microsoft plant HDTV-Trailer und Musikvideos für Xbox Live

Microsoft hat bekannt gegeben, welche Inhalte zum Xbox 360-Launch ab dem 2.
Dezember über den Online-Service Xbox Live für Xbox 360-User zur Verfügung
gestellt werden. Mehr als 400 Downloads sollen zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Dazu gehören nicht nur Spiele-Demo-Versionen und Add-Ons, sondern auch
HDTV-Trailer und Musikvideos.
Während spielbare Demoversionen von Spielen wie “FIFA Football 06 Road to the 2006 FIFA World Cup” (Electronic Arts), “Kameo: Elements of Power” (Microsoft Game Studios), “Peter Jackson’s King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie” (Ubisoft), “NBA LIVE 06” (Electronic Arts) und “Need for Speed Most Wanted” (Electronic
Arts) kostenlos sein werden, werden die Trailer und Musikvideos über den
kostenpflichtigen "Xbox Live Marktplatz" angeboten.
Xbox Live Marktplatz Premium-Inhalte können mit Microsoft Points erworben
werden, die als Online-Währung gelten. Microsoft Points werden sowohl im Einzelhandel sowie über das Xbox Live Dashboard erhältlich sein. In Europa wird eine Karte mit einem Wert von 2100 Points € 25.00 (UVP) zu haben sein. Über das Dashboard werden Angebote ab 500 Points verfügbar sein.
Online werden auf kleinere Arcade-Games für 400, 800 oder 1200 Points erhältlich sein, wobei der größte Teil 800 Points oder weniger kosten
soll.
Xbox 360-Besitzer, die ihre Konsole an eine Breitbandverbindung anschließen und eine Xbox Live Gold
(kostenpflichtig) oder Silber-Mitgliedschaft (kostenlos) einrichten, sollen am 2. Dezember folgende Inhalte vorfinden:
